Sessions begin with an intake conversation grounded in a holistic understanding of your primary concerns, health history, nervous system patterns, and overall wellbeing.

Treatment is provided on a massage table using direct skin contact and a slow, attentive approach that may incorporate deep tissue techniques depending on individual needs and preferences.

Space is held for quiet when desired, as well as for questions, reflection, or conversation throughout the session. Care is collaborative, responsive, and tailored to the individual.

Because initial appointments involve a more in-depth intake process, a 90-minute first session is recommended whenever possible.

120-minute sessions are intended for more complex or full-body treatment, or when additional time for intake and discussion is needed.

Direct billing is available for most major insurance providers.

Clients are responsible for understanding the details of their individual insurance coverage, including referral requirements where applicable.

Any portion of the session fee not covered by insurance remains the responsibility of the client.

Payment may be made by cash, credit card, or e-transfer.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $75 + HST.

Missed appointments without notice are subject to the full session fee.
